The motorsport department at DBME can offer you and your race team mutliple aspects of what is needed to be successful in your motorsport class. We supply consultancy in vehicle set up, pit strategy, fuelling strategy, and many more facets of racing. We have supported multiple endurance race events as race engineer and team manager and have been lucky enough to also consult during classic endurance and short format races.
Next to that experience of leading a racing team, we also have a skilled development driver in
our company. This driver has experience in high performance automotive vehicle
testing and in classic motorsports.
In short we offer the following services:
Team manager during test and race events
Race engineer and strategist during test and race events
Shakedown testing at one of the prime automotive test tracks in Belgium (only
our driver as special license is required)
Software tool creation for your raceteam
Consultancy and assistance with measurement and alignment of your race car suspension (You can also rent the measurement instrumentation from us).
Consultancy at your company outside of trackside operations
We also offer services that fall in-between our engineering and our motorsport department. We recently had some people that came to us with the request if we could improve their classic gearboxes. As we already had a good gearbox knowledge through our founder, we didn’t want to leave these people in the cold. Therefore we started a specialist service for classic car gearbox development.
