The engineering department at DBME offers multiple different services. We have a lot experience in creating part drawings (2D and 3D) and 3D printing them according to your specifications. Our experience ranges from prototyping to functional automotive parts, but also already did a lot of decorative ornaments. We can internally print a very big range of polymers, which are strong and though enough for most applications. However for those applications that really need alloys, we also have partners through which me can print and CNC metal parts. 

Next to our 3D printing service, we also offer consultancy on designing parts, and guidance in classic car restoration and parts resourcing.

Additionally we also offer 3D scanning services. We can internally do optical scans, but we have partners that can provide full CT scans. This way, complete internal structures can be visualized and parametrized (CT scanning is only possible with certain alloys).

We also offer consultancy on other engineering aspects. We regularly work with companies that repair and maintain pumps and other heavy machinery. For those projects we offer technical advice and we help our customer reach its targets
