DBME keeps looking for different ways to help solve widely asked questions that don’t have ready made answers and don’t fit in our engineering and/or motorsports department. That is why we started our DBME initiatives. These are specific projects that can  range from workshops to just research based on requested subjects.

Our current running initiative started from our love for classic cars. We see that with the current economical, ecological and social climate, people seem to have a harder time than ever before to step into the classic car market.

Taking the first step into that market can be very difficult because of excess supply and difficulties in recognising good quality cars, but also because of ever changing legislation.

With our ‘Help I want a classic car’ initiative, we sit together with individuals or with groups of people to have a look at what they want and need. We help them by searching price points of the cars that they are interested in, find suppliers, check what legislation impacts their choice of car and much more.
